More Than Just an Employee ID Card
Because you control the design and can choose from multiple sizes, these custom badges can be used for far more than standard employee identification.
They're a great choice for:
Employee and staff ID badges
Healthcare Badge Buddies and role identifiers
Hospital and clinic identification
School and university IDs
Security and access badges
Contractor and visitor badges
Conference and convention badges
Trade show credentials
VIP and backstage passes
Volunteer identification
Event staff badges
Membership cards
Custom Badge Buddies for Clear Role Identification
Badge Buddies are especially useful when important information needs to be visible from farther away. Use the additional space to display a job title, department, credential, security level, or role in large, easy-to-read text.
They're commonly used in hospitals and healthcare facilities, but custom Badge Buddies can work just as well for schools, offices, manufacturing facilities, security teams, events, volunteer organizations, and other workplaces where quick visual identification matters.
Oversized Badges for Events & Conferences
Our oversized vertical and horizontal formats give you additional room when a standard ID card simply isn't large enough. Use them as conference badges, attendee credentials, event staff IDs, VIP passes, media badges, exhibitor badges, or custom event cards.
The larger printable area gives you room for prominent branding while still leaving space for names, companies, attendee types, QR codes, schedules, sponsor information, or other details.
Built Around Your Brand
Your identification system doesn't have to look generic. Match your badges to your organization's existing colors, typography, logo, uniforms, signage, or overall brand identity.
Create one standardized design for your entire organization or develop different versions for individual departments, roles, access levels, locations, or events.
