Claude reads the product's options (size, color, personalization text) and asks you for anything required.
Claude adds the items to a cart and can show you the cart total, shipping options and anything that needs attention before checkout.
Claude creates a checkout link. Open it in your browser to review your cart and personalized design, then pay securely on badgezoo.com.
Some products can't be configured through Claude (for example, ones that need a custom logo upload). For those, Claude will send you to the product page to finish your order there.

No sign-in or BadgeZoo account is needed to use the connector.
The connector receives only what's needed to build your cart: the products, quantities and personalization text (such as names or job titles printed on badges).
Payment happens only on badgezoo.com. The connector never receives card or payment information.

Requests are rate-limited to 120 per minute.
Quantity per cart line: 1–100. For larger orders, contact us for bulk pricing.
Claude doesn't use BadgeZoo: make sure the connector is enabled in the chat's tools menu, and mention BadgeZoo by name in your request.
A product can't be added to the cart: it may need options only available on the product page. Ask Claude for the product link and complete your order there.
Checkout link expired or cart looks empty: ask Claude to rebuild the cart and create a new link.
